Damn.
Think im gonna fall sick soon.
I skipped sch today cause i was too tired.
I want to go back to school
I've got too much work left.
My stomach feels uneasy.
Maybe because i was too tired.
Never been like this before.
What the heck...?
Sunday, November 29, 2009 @
Currently 4.27am.
So many things happened recently.
really a roller coaster ride...
not physically but mentally.
but so far, i think im starting to see things more clearly.
I shall rant everything I have in mind and wake up at 8am to chiong work.
1) First of all.
I am working part-time and that has been one of my frustrations.
One thing i shall say is that in FnB
we see a lot of ugly side of people.
customers tend to be so demanding and that attitude sucks.
Sure you come and eat and expect service.
but listen, and LISTEN CLEARY.
We are all human beings, dont make things all difficult for us.
I understand that we have to service you but
we have our limits, we are not superman.
we cant do so many things at once for all of you.
You guys wanna enjoy a good time eating
sure why not?
But at the same time be understanding that we are doing whatever we can
dont start whining when we dont do what you guys want.
why not you just be in our shoes and
try experiencing what the heck we are going through.
I tell you, you will wanna start slapping yourself where you realize how demanding you are.
you wanna be happy, so do we.
appreciate whatever we can do for you and
in turn we appreciate your understanding.
there, a win-win situation isn't it?
feel FORTUNATE that you can even eat with people serving you.
think of those unfortunate people for once.
nothing comes easy for them you know?
we just dont know how fortunate we all are.
we take things for granted so easily...
Moving on.
2) Hopefully and really.. i am more interested in architecture.
After the italian talk, i kind of feel more motivated to work harder.
I saw our sucky attitude when the speaker was talking which was bad.
and also some of the awesome designs.
I sometimes feel the urge to learn more.
find more books to read up and study them.
Well, there used to be nice buildings in singapore but
as time passed, some alterations have ruined them.
To say the truth.
I do have a plan.
But it's a tough one.
I want to achieve something first.
and then i want to use architecture to help the less-fortunate.
I can do things like making improvements for childcare
or orphanages.
i said before...
"Nothing beats a smile. "
no matter what, when one sees a smile that's so sincere
they just can't help but smile back.
3) lastly.
i know i may developed more temper recently.
if anyone suffered under me.
I apologize here.
I have been tired and really want a break.
Life has been tough and it just gets tougher.
Things changed so quickly i need to adapt to them.
But i need to stand firm and strong.
isn't life like that?
I need to take control and not let it control me.
Do my best.
I made a promise to myself that I would wait for 2 years.
I know it probably has no more meaning...
But that's not the point.
1 year has passed.
I want to use the remaining 1 year to focus.
I have been telling myself that and can't seemed to do it.
But after going through so many things.
i hope i am ready and prepared.
I want to work harder.
learn more.
think more.
I just want to be better.
right.. i better get some rest now.
3 hrs to sleep.
more things ahead tmr.
bye people.
Friday, November 27, 2009 @
I have never felt like this before.
I have never really retaliated against things im unhappy about.
Because i feel that i may be wrong once i retaliate.
Is it because i have changed?
never before have i felt so sick and tired of something.
Never before have I really voiced out to many that I dislike something so much.
I dont know what to do.
Thursday, November 26, 2009 @
The talk today was fine.
The speaker was Alessandro d'Onofrio.
I know nothing much about him but still, a great thanks to that guy.
He was given a really tough topic to work on, and that is sustainability of architecture in terms of houses etc.
Seriously, it's darn difficult.
More than half of the talk were "?"s for me and i even dozed off a few times.
But then towards the end, it drew more attention and seriously got me thinking a lot.
However, i feel very disgraceful because of how we behaved during his talk.
Dozing off and sleeping is bad but talking inappropriately when he is speaking is worse.
Seriously, feel damn bad.
We just left a really bad impression on these visitors who made the effort to do so many things for us, from Italy somemore.
After which, went to eat with class peeps and just went crazy snapping photos and doing retarded things.
Then we went to draw and all the way till 8 plus then went home.
Seriously, I think I may be liking architecture more and more...?
NBA 08-09 Season: LA Lakers Highlights:
Game 14 - VS New York Knicks (14th Nov 2009)(Photos by Kevork Djansezian/NBAE via Getty Images)
- Score: 100 - 90 (Win)
- Lakers: Bryant 34pts, 3 stls.
Gasol 11pts, 16 rebs, 2 blks.
Odom 5 pts, 12 rebs.
- Comment: Lakers cruise to another victory this time round. Kobe was good as usual and so was Gasol. Man oh man. Looks like Lakers will need teams like Celtics and Cleveland to really give them some challenge.
- Highlight Reel!:
- 1) Odom's put-back dunk from Bynum's missed shot.
2) Artest one-handed pass to Gasol as Gasol used his long arm to dunk over Gallinari.
3) Kobe was really good on this one. Back against Duhon, Gallinari then helps out with double-team. Kobe uses a spin-move to split between the 2 of them and then quickly layed it in before Harrington got to him. Sweet...!

NBA 08-09 Season: Miami Heat Highlights:
Game 14: @ Orlando Magic (25th Nov 2009)
(Photos by Fernando Medina/NBAE via Getty Images)
- Score: 99 - 98 (Win)
- Wade 24 pts, 6 asts, 3 stls, 2 blks.
O'neal 13 pts, 16 rebs, 2 blks.
Beasley 15 pts, 12 rebs.
Magic: Howard 12 pts, 16 rebs, 3 stls.
Williams 24 pts, 8 asts.
- Comment: DAMN. I MISSED THIS MATCH. ENOUGH SAID.
Highlight Reel!:
1) Howard gets the ball and just dunking it over O'neal. Damn.
2) Wade chased after Carter and blocks his shot attempt. Woah.
3) What else? Beasley's game-wining dunk from Wade's airball. Mike oh Mike, that's what we're talking about!
I am very happy and impressed.
Second time in a row, a Heat player put up heroics and we won.
Whatever you wanna put it, lucky or not, a win IS A WIN.
Wade was in trouble until the 4th quarter as he helps the Heat get back the lead.
He also had 2 vicious blocks, one on Pietrus and another on Carter.
Jones was good, he was 4-7 from the field and all 4 were 3-pointers and another 4 points from the FT line. He ended with 16 pts after getting fouled out.
O'neal was SICK. Just awesome out there. He had issues with rebounding with just 3 in the first half. Then he became a monster, grabbing 13 rebounds in the 2nd half, 7 of the total were OFFENSIVE REBOUNDS. damn. Good job man!
Haslem was still productive, 8 rebounds and 10 pts. nearly a double-double. Joel Anthony also provided good D with 3 blocks.
From article: ``When it touched my hand, I was just thinking dunk it, because I was underneath the basket almost,'' said Beasley, who finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds. ``I honestly wasn't thinking about no [offensive interference].
Saw that. Yes. That's what we need. Confidence in that young chap, be reminded that he's only 20 years old after all. With all that confidence, he finished with 15 points and 12 rebounds, including an awesome game-winning put-back dunk for us.
However, our point guards didn't played well.
On the other hand, J-Will led the Magic with 24 pts.
He used to be Heat's PG when Heat won the NBA Championship in 2006.
He is a terrific ball-handler (just go watch his top 10 plays and you will get a shock of your life) and terrific shooter. Too bad Heat didn't re-sign him this season but still, it's good that we are developing Chalmers who can be really good when aggressive.
Enough said. Keep up the constistency alright.

Having an architectural talk later.
Haha kind of excited though.
and its by italians somemore.
wonder how it will turn out..
On the other hand.
Lakers have recently cruise pass the Knicks. Shall update it soon.
Heat will be playing against big-time east contender,
Superman Dwight Howard and his Orlando Magic.
To say the truth, their winning chances are low but with an improved overall supporting cast
Nothing is impossible.
Beasley seems to play well against good teams.
Haslem is back for us.
Chalmers should continue his aggressiveness, esp on Defense.
Wade should have a break out, 40 pts or more if possible.
He did score 50 pts against Magic last season.
Keep draining 3s with Cook and Jones.
O'neal's regained offensive touch could possibly get Howard into foul trouble.
Last of all, even if we were to lose
at least use to opportunity to improve.
Another breaking news.
according to sources, unable to find a new team...
ALLEN IVERSON may be retiring.
shocking isn't it.
Let's see if its really true in time to come.
Really behind time for hmwk.

NBA 08-09 Season: LA Lakers Highlights:
Game 12 - VS Chicago Bulls (19th Nov 2009)(Photos by Evan Gole/NBAE via Getty Images) - Score: 108 - 93 (Win)
- Lakers: Bryant 21pts, 8 assts, 9 rebs.
Gasol 24pts, 13 rebs.
Bulls: Joakim Noah 12pts, 15 rebs, 4stls.
- Comment: Gasol finally comes back for the Lakers and back strong with 24 points and 13 rebounds. Kobe at the same time provided near a triple-double. Lakers simply cruised to a victory with this one.
- Highlight Reel!:
- 1) Kobe dishes a simple bounce pass backwards to Odom. Then Odom delivers a sweet behind-the-back pass to Bynum for the finish.
Game 13 - VS Oklahoma City Thunder (22nd Nov 2009)
(Photos by Andrew D. Bernstein/NBAE via Getty Images) - Score: 101 - 85 (Win)
- Lakers: Bryant 26pts, 7 assts, 6 rebs.
Bynum 25pts, 9 rebs. Gasol 15 pts, 7 rebs, 6 asts.
Thunder: Ibaka 11 pts, 13 rebs, 5 blks.
- Comment: The Lakers cruised to another victory as they topped the Thunder. Thunder shot poorly under 40% from the field but no worries, in couple years or so I am sure we will be seeing the Thunder making their first playoff appearance.
- Highlight Reel!:
1) 1st quarter: Being forced into the corner by James Harden, Kobe releases the shot from behind the backboard and swished it in. Lucky or not, he still made it fall.
2) 1st quarter: Kobe drives and released a nice up-and-under reverse lay-up. Sweet.
3) 1st quarter: Bynum loses the rebound but Kobe collects the ball back and flipped it up with his left hand to beat the buzzer.
4) Shannon Brown with a nice alley-oop from Farmar.
5) Powell dished a nice no-look to Brown for the finishing one-handed jam.
Wow. That's a lot of highlights for a match. For anymore information regarding the lakers, check out:

NBA 08-09 Season: Miami Heat Highlights:
Game 11: @ Atlanta Hawks (18th Nov 2009)(Photos by Scott Cunningham/NBAE via Getty Images) - Score: 90 - 105 (Loss)
- Beasley 21 pts, 9 rebs.
Hawks: Johnson 30 pts.
Smith 16 pts, 14 rebs, 7 assts.
Horford 16 pts, 12 rebs.
- Comment: Yet another disappointing loss for the Heat. O'neal was fouled out and Wade was in a shooting slump. Joe Johnson just burnt us this time.
Game 12: @ Toronto Raptors (20th Nov 2009)(Photos by Ron Turenne/NBAE via Getty Images) - Score: 113 - 120 (Loss)
- Wade 30 pts, 5 rebs, 8 assts, 2 stls.
Chalmers 30 pts, 3 stls.
Beasley 21 pts, 12 rebs.
Raptors: Bargnani 24 pts, 10 rebs
Bosh 29 pts, 12 rebs, 4 blks.
Tukoglu 19 pts, 8 asts.
- Comment: Despite Heat's late comeback effort, Raptors held on with the win. Still, we can see clearly that Wade was back on track. Chalmers shocked me with 30 points. Beasley came strong with a double-double but still fouled out in the end.
- Highlight Reel!:
1) Arroyo finishes the pick-and-roll with Anthony and Anthony slams down so hard that he fell on the floor flat.
2) Wade spins around DeRozan under the basket and slams down hard. Nice!
Game 13: VS New Orlean Hornets (22nd Nov 2009)(Photos by Issac Baldizon/NBAE via Getty Images)
- Score: 102 - 101 (Win)
- Wade 31pts, 6 rebs, 3 blks.
Chalmers 12 pts, 9 assts.
Beasley 17 pts, 9 rebs.
Hornets: M. Thornton 24 pts.
West 13 pts, 9 rebs.
- Comment: A tight one and Haslem closes the match with an off-balanced shot. Precisely why i really like Haslem, he is another one of our clutch players. And once again we can see clearly how aggressive Heat played, not just Wade but again from Chalmers and Beasley.
Highlight Reel!:
1) Wade drives by Devin Brown for a vicious one-handed slam.
2) Chalmers throw a nice alley up to Wade for the finish.

Last but not least.
I just want to say that I feel that Coach Spoelstra's approach is still good.
He may not be as experienced and some of his decisions are questionable.
But the fact that he stressed defense and fundamentals so much is really good.
For my case that is, because i'm leaning more towards the defensive mentality instead of the offense.
What Heat really needs now is for the whole team to be consistent.
When they play well defensively, they must make sure they hold on till the end because the tendency that opposing teams come back strong in the 2nd half is very common, especially for the Heat.
I also like the aggressiveness of Chalmers and Wade. Beasley needs to have alot more confidence because he is a talented played, no doubt.
They may not be ready now but we can already see the talents in them.
James Jones and Quentin Richardson are both sharp shooters and good defenders.
Daequan Cook is still developing but already pretty deadly from the arc.
Joel Anthony is pretty defensively but more work to be done on the offense.
Haslem is probably performing his best in his career after coming off the bench.
O'neal is our wildcard and is scoring well. But he needs to pull down more boards and block more shots.
Jamal Magloire is really a good rebounder but hasn't been playing much.
I really like Dorrell Wright after seeing how he played when he was still healthy.
He has great lenghts, can be a solid performer who can dribble the ball and also block shots.
But his injuries had caused him to miss out so many games that it has become difficult to catch up with so many other players. I really hope he develops more and stay with the heat.
I like how Heat is developing and if hopefully we sign another solid veteran coming june, they can become contenders again with so many talents on the team.
For now, let's just focus on the season and use all the opportunities to improve.

I'm so behind time on my NBA updates. haha!
gonna do it tmr i guess.
anyway.
I'm really enjoying drawing essen though it takes a really long time to draw.
but i dont mind if the pictures come out really good.
What I really want is to have time off to do my work.
Because i know that drawing takes a long time but good things come out eventually.
That's one reason why i don't wanna work.
But how the heck do i give that reason to my boss?
they wont understand and will probably think i'm lazy.
I've screwed up 3D art. I just wanna do well.
Thats why i want more time on my work.
hmm.. whatever.
irritating only.
Feel that people are always preoccupied with what they want to achieve.
work whatever it is.
They just forget that at times they need to chill.

10 pieces of A4 at least.
1 A3 completed at least.
to be done by monday.
And then the next crazy thing.
Autocad exercises 2 - 7 to be done as much as we can by monday.
im mid-way through ex 3.
Only got a Sunday to do.
Hmm... seriously.
Think i will just lock myself at home and do them.
But at least i know I'm enjoying these 2 modules.
Somehow I know I've changed.
But i wonder if it's wrong or right.

- Lakers: Bryant 40pts, 3stls.
Bynum 17pts, 12 rbds. Odom 8pts, 8rbds, 8 asts.
- Comment: Groin injury... are you serious? Kobe still puts up 40 points despite being injured. Once again, the Lakers come back from a 2-game skid to win this one.
- Highlight Reel!:
- 1) Kobe's circus shot against Kwame Brown. Check out Youtube.
- 2) Shannon Brown always wowed us with his vertical but not this time. Jason Maxiell jumps right up and rejects him. Ouch.

Westbrook: 24 pts, 7 assts. Sefalosha: 9 rebs, 4 stls.
- Comment: Bad. Disappointed. Strong defense by the Thunder totally crushed the Heat. Shouldn't it have been the other way round? O'neal played well definitely but things just didn't work out. Beasley is still the big question mark for the team. Heat needs consistency. Oh, and the Westbrook and O'neal brawl... What the heck was that all about?

Last but not least, the Heat will be going to Atlanta to go against the Hawks immediately.
It's pay back time for the Heat for last season's playoff knock-out.
I really hope that everyone steps up and win this one.
To say the truth, i really hate the hawks or probably just josh smith alone.
But again, we cant deny the fact that the Hawks are currently the best in the EAST and the whole team has become better with Jamal Crawford's added offensive game.
Step it up Heat!
Another thing is Westbrook. Geez. another PG i'm starting to dislike besides Rondo.
Both are good players capable of triple-doubles, but both have attitude issues.
I still remember Westbrook dunking on Chalmers last season but the Heat payed back with 4 blocks on him. (From Wade, Anthony, Magloire and even Chalmers himself)
What happened recently was Westbrook charged Chalmers but continued with his play and then JO pulled him back in case he gets on chalmers who was lying helplessly on the floor. Westbrook was unhappy with the play and this started a little argument.
What the heck...?
Rondo? Yeah he's won a championship and I know he plays really well. But he's gotta show some respect to veterans.
Last season, started a small fight with Bull's guard Kirk Hinrich.
Again a season ago, he shoved Kobe in his face and nearly started a fight.
Recently, according to articles, the celtics won against the Hornets and apparently Rondo told Chris Paul in his face that he would never win a championship.
Uhh. whether that was real or not, this guy needs someone to teach him a thing or two about respect. Really sucks man.

(Photo by Noah Graham/NBAE via Getty Images) - Score: 121 - 102 (Win)
- Bryant: 29 pts. Bynum: 26 pts, 15 rbds, 3 blks.
- Comment: Suns pretty much struggled on the game, shooting under 40% from the field. Strong performance from Bynum, definitely. Pau Gasol still recovering.
Game 9 - @ Denver Nuggets (13th Nov 2009)
- Bynum: 19 pts, 15 rbds.
- Nuggets - Carmelo Anthony: 25 pts.
- Comment: Upset for Lakers, being owned 26 points. Needs more contribution from the rest of the team. JR Smith's first game after suspension.
- Highlight Reel!: Rookie Ty Lawson's facial dunk on Mbenga (Pic above; check youtube for the video)
Game 10 - VS Houston Rockets (15th Nov 2009)

- Bynum: 21 pts, 11 rbds, 5 blks.
- Rockets - Aaron Brooks: 33 pts.
- Comment: Great moment for Ariza as he receives his chamionship ring and being cheered by the LA crowd for his contribution last season. Poor perfomance by Lakers, shooting under 40% from field. Another upset for Lakers.

- Wade: 36 pts, 2 blks.
- Cavaliers - LeBron James: 34 pts, 7 asts.
- Comment: Exciting match-up with James VS Wade. However, the Heat came up short in this one. Pretty disappointing but good contritbution from Beasley and O'neal.
- Highlight Reel!: Wade's posterizing dunk on Varejao (Pic above, check youtube). Got everyone on their feets and even Michael Jordan (who was there to watch) was grinning away as he watched the ferocious dunk.
Game 9: VS New Jersey Nets (14th Nov 2009)(Photos by Issac Baldizon/NBAE via Getty Images) - Score: 81 - 80 (Win)
- Wade: 22 pts, 2 blks, 8 rbds, 6 assts, 6 stls.
Haslem: 28 pts, 12 rbds.
- Comment: Overall, I think Heat did't do well. Again, they are lucky to have Wade. They also played without J O'neal and Chalmers. Upset for the Nets as they remained winless and was teh closest they ever came to winning a game.
- Highlight Reel!: Wade's game-winning 3-pointer shot under 1 second and once again, he runs towards the crowd yelling, : "This is MY house!"

I know i am disappointed with my 3d art.
but what done is done.
just have to be more focus.
but i dont really know how..
anyway i watched "The Last Samurai" again on DVD.
One of my favorite movies.
So sad and moved whenever i watch it
The music for the film is as awesome as always.
The scenery, the feelings that the movie produced.
somehow it just sets me thinking.
most of all, makes me feel at peace most of the time.
Don't know how to comment.
Just awesome.
Go watch it people. It's awesome.
Bad thing is
I have to go back TP tomorrow.
So i have to miss Heat VS Cavaliers.
damn -.-
NBA 2009-2010 Season - Miami Heat Game 7 VS Washington Wizards (10/11/09)Washington Wizards paying another visit to South Florida Miami Heat for the 2nd time.
Didn't catch the game but most importantly, Heat wins 90-76.
Wade cruise us to victory and Heat's solid D in the 2nd half help secure this win.
Unfortunately for the wizards, the injury bug has been bothering them.
Last match, Mike Miller injured himself. Antawn Jamison has been out for quite a while.
This time, Randy Foye injured himself.
<(Photo by Issac Baldizon/NBAE via Getty Images)> For the wizards, Brendan Haywood had 13 points, 11 boards.
Andray Blatche contributed 13 points and 10 boards.
Gilbert Arenas had 21 points and 8 assists.
Pretty solid performances from the key players
but still, the injuries are making the team suffer.
<(Photo by Issac Baldizon/NBAE via Getty Images)> Getting back to the game...
After the first half, Heat was trailing 49-41.
It was time again that Wade stepped up.
He told his teammates he was going to take over and spark a run
and he did it again.
Wade provided 41 points, 5 assists, 5 boards, 3 steals and 1 block.
Not only from Wade himself, the Heat brought out solid D in the 2nd half
forcing the wizards to score only 27 points in the 2nd half.
Chalmers is getting more better as he finishes with 13 points, 5 assists and 4 steals.
Also, he hit 3-5 from the arc, definitely improving.
Beasley helped with 15 points.
Carlos Arroyo is doing well, 10 points, 4 boards and 2 assists in just 15 minutes.
O'neal and Richardson had foul trouble issues but
Jermaine O'neal provided good defense with 3 blocks.
What was more shocking to me, and also impressive, was how defense abused Arenas.
Arenas had 12 turnovers. That really shocked me.
>
Next up, the Cavaliers are paying a visit with LeBron James and ex-heat player Shaquille O'neal.
Despite a slow start, the cavaliers are showing good signs of a good run.
Hopefully, the Heat's solid Defense shows again and hold the Cavaliers and King James down.
Note:
- Cavaliers @ Heat 8pm ET (9am SG time)
-> Red-hot Heat faces off with LeBron-Shaq combination.
-> Heat is currently (6-1) and Cavaliers (5-3)
- Suns @ Lakers 10.30pm ET (11.30 SG time)
-> Kobe and Nash have been tormenting their opponents so far.
-> Lakers (6-1) and Suns (8-1)
Results: Miami Heat 6-1

Never been so restless before..
Have to rush for ComDI and 3D art.
ComDI is fine because my group is really cooperative and working well.
Plus I think that our project is very meaningful
just that i am really restless to do anything.
3D art is the issue.
Every moment i stare at my sculpture, i get so restless.
Really I don't know what to do.
Even now, I'm thinking...
should i go sleep or do some work now?
I really want to sleep.
I am schooling till evening every Mon to Fri.
Sat go back TK and Sun working.
No breaks in between at all perhaps...?
I know i have the tendency to sleep late but still...
I think I really need a break.
Gonna sleep and wake up early tomorrow.
Bye.
Often we look at shows and we start thinking...
"Man, that's so drama..."
Even I thought that way.
But i realized...
As dramatic as things can get, they just happened.
They really do.
NBA 2009-2010 Season - Los Angeles Lakers Game 7 VS New Orlean Hornets (07/11/09)\(Photo by Andrew D. Bernstein/NBAE via Getty Images)/
Once again, with pretty distributed offensive game, the Lakers routed Hornets 104-88.
Again, much of it came from Kobe Bryant, who finishes with 28 points.

Shannon Brown, the High-flyer of Lakers jamming down with a dunk of his own.
He contributed with 15 points and 3-4 from beyond the arc.
In case you didn't know, at only 6"4", this little guy has such great vertical that his head can reach rim level.

To say the truth, I am getting more and more impressed with Kobe.
He has been improving his game overall.
As much as people feared him of shooting treys and using his perfect turnaround jumpers, he is showing signs of improvements in the paint.
I am seeing more of him playing post-up against defenders.
Could this be another MVP season for him again?
Only time can tell.

Perhaps this guy gets more credit this time.
DJ Mbenga, Lakers' back-up Center for Bynum is playing really well.
He finishes 12 boards, 10 points and again, 4 blocks.
He is showing solid post defense shown with his blocks.
He had a nice block as he rejected that shot all the way till the 3-point line.
Even without Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum, the Lakers continues strongly.
Next up is a fierce and exciting match as the Phoenix Suns visits the Lakers.
Both teams have the same record, 6-1, and are in the same division.
Meaning if any of them wins, they will take the lead in their division for the time being.
Questions to be answered:
1) Without Bynum and Gasol, will Amar'e Stoudamire abuse Mbenga with his explosiveness and athlelism in the paint?
2) Will Kobe have to take over to save the game because his team seemed to be relying on him a lot?
Take note that Nash is playing well, distributing 17 assists in the previous game.
He also has the help from Jason Richardson who can dunk and shoot treys.
Channing Frye and Grant Hill have also been doing well, grabbing rebounds and scoring.
Perhaps the answer is for Odom, Artest and the rest to step up and play better than usual.

Last week of the block.
Assignment due thursday.
Phew... hopefully I can get pass all these.
Alright.
Damn. I'm trying to find time to watch "The Last Samurai" too.
But it's 2.5 hours long and i can't afford to find time out to watch.
Damn it -.-
NBA 2009-2010 Season - Los Angeles Lakers Game 6 VS Memphis Grizzlies (06/11/09)\(Photo by Andrew D. Bernstein/NBAE via Getty Images)/
As you can see from the pic... The lakers schooled the Grizzlies 114-98.
Watching the highlights, i saw the good teamwork in Lakers.
Imagine a good team effort with Kobe on your team, adding another 4o+ point game.
Gasol and Bynum sat out but the back-ups played well.
Center replacement, DJ Mbenga came in with 13 boards and 4 blocks.
Now, that's a very strong team.

Iverson in new grizzlies jersey. Woooh... Nice. I mean the jersey. At first look, i almost thought they were the Jazz.\(Photo by Andrew D. Bernstein/NBAE via Getty Images)/
Derek Fisher was quite impressive in this one, ending with 11 points and 7 assists.
Spotting up treys so easily the moment the ball got in his hand.

The one I am more impressed with is Ron Artest.
I used to find him irritating, always picking fights... [with Kobe when he was a Rocket] BUT... he is showing through his contribution. Artest finishes with 19 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists.
He is a great defender with a great physique, plays well in the paint and most impressively he can actually pass pretty well and shoot treys - He was 3-5 from the 3-point line.
Now ain't that impressive?\(Photo by Andrew D. Bernstein/NBAE via Getty Images)/ [both photos above]
Once again, Kobe dominated the game with his 41 points.
And hold on... I'm not done.
He dominated the paint.
He didn't shoot any treys at all.
He was just abusing OJ Mayo. Apparently, everyone had issues defending him because Kobe's turnaround jumper is very good.
He was just turning around, hanging and shooting.
On several occasions, he just back-up against Mayo, spun around him and dunked the ball. Mayo is a great scorer but he needs to improve his defensive game, he is still sophomore anyway.
Solid performance from Lakers as they beat the Grizzlies with overall team effort. Next up, they are facing the New Orlean Hornets and Chris Paul.\(Photo by Andrew D. Bernstein/NBAE via Getty Images)/

NBA 2009-2010 Season - Miami Heat Game 6 VS Denver Nuggets (06/11/09)Red hot Denver Nuggets visited the Heat with an unbeaten record.
Once again, we expected a showdown between the early MVP candidate Carmelo Anthony [who already had three 40+point game so far] and reigning scoring champion Dwyane Wade.<(Photo by Issac Baldizon/NBAE via Getty Images)>
However, we got the unexpected. The Nuggets struggled and Heat took over with balanced team effot to beat the Nuggets 96-88, giving them their first loss of the season.
Carmelo came out fierce as we feared, 13 points in the 1st quarter as he seems nearly impossible to defend.
However, the Heat would soon find their tempo and give the Nuggets a hard time with their good defense.
Carmelo Anthony finishes with 30 points and 8 rebounds.
Balanced team effot gives Wade an easy time as he finishes with just 22 points and 10 of them from the free-throw line.
The more consistency the team shows to Wade, the more chances of us resigning Wade before the end of this season. Come on Heat.
Beasley finishes with only 7 points and 3 rebounds.
He may be the starting PF but Haslem is always the finishing one.
Beasley is good but there is just something lacking. He's got potential and the organization believes in him. He need to be more consistent.
He had a nice steal from an inbound pass to Kenyon Martin. On the run, he spun around Martin and then layed it in with his left hand with Nene chasing him down.
Unfortunately, Martin could be out for 1-2 weeks with a leg contusion.
Once again, Haslem came out strong with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
He is scoring more and playing better after coming off the bench.
Quentin richardson proving himself once again with 13 points and 9 rebounds.
He is a solid defender and is slowly blending with the Heat playing style.
He will also be our key guy to guard opposing team's star players.
<(Photo by Issac Baldizon/NBAE via Getty Images)>O'neal also came out strong with 18 points and 7 boards. His jumpers are pretty solid as most of his points came from there. Most impressively, he had 3 blocks in this one. Including a nice block on Carmelo's driving dunk that happened so fast I didn't really see how it happened. All I saw was the ball smacked away darn hard from the board's direction.<(Photo by Issac Baldizon/NBAE via Getty Images)>
Another solid performer was Mario Chalmers, arguably the steal of the pick last season.
Chalmers finishes with 16 points, including 4 for 5 from the arc.
He definitely can shoot treys and found his touch in this game.
He also had a nice reverse lay-up in the game.
Next up, the Heat will face off with the Wizards again as they visit us this time.
If the Heat continues with this balanced effort, they can control the next game.
But the Wizards are not as weak as we think they are.
They have good post players like Brendan Haywood and Andray Blatche who can dominate us on rebounds if Beasley and O'neal doesn't play well.
Another issue is Arena's ability to draw fouls and again like the previous game, creating foul trouble for the PGs.
That problem will force us to use Wade as the PG and limiting his chances of scoring because he has to distribute the ball more.
Let's continue our balanced team effot and get this next one at home.
